Partner update - it may be the end, refunds promised.
PTV Partner admin,
Garrett put out the following update via MyCashForums
this morning:
Despite the naysayers,
which I realize are many, and rightly so in some cases, I am here to
update you
all.
When PTV started, I had the best intentions of helping many. I
envisioned at some point changing the ecurrency world. It was perhaps an
overly
grand vision. Actually, it might have worked had it not been for the
circumstances that took place. Most will never know.
To list these reasons would open up a whole new debate and only be
construed as
excuses anyway. While the naysayers will tell you this is just more talk
to
keep members quiet, that is not the case.
When PTV started I believed I had taken all the necessary actions to
keep any
of the usual things from going wrong. On that the naysayers are right. I
was
wrong. Much happened and in trying to "fix" the problems more were
created. Finally, at the end there was almost no way to adequately fix
it. Not
with the site running and not under the circumstances that were created.
The next part is the hardest to say. We have taken down the site
completely but
I have not gone away. I am here, licking my wounds a bit since, but with
the
full intention of paying all those not in profit. Those that were in
profit, I
am sorry but there is no way to continue paying out at this point on the
plans
that were running. The current steps that are being taken are these.
1) A full accounting has to be done. Because of all the issues that
happened to
the script and the errors that were made by some of the IT staff and the
corrections we attempted that backfired we are unable to do this in a
hurry.
This is anticipated to be completed within a few weeks.
2) We are considering the future. My reaction at this moment is to
payout those
not in profit and walk away. Should anything further be considered, it
will be
extremely limited in membership and possibly not even offered to any
current
online members.
I am sorry. None of this is what I intended in the beginning. Nothing is
yet
fully determined as we must get through the current situation first.
Then we
will take a break, look at what we have and make a decision from there.
For now, let me say that I have recently been in contact with a couple
of the
mods. I will be checking in from time to time and updating as much as
possible.
Until this process is completed there is not much that is going to
happen.
Personally, I would like to give a huge thank you to the members and
moderators
who have shown support beyond my highest anticipation. As I always
believed
there are many people here who are caring and wonderful. There is no
minimizing
how that knowledge has touched my life. I am only sorry that we may not
be able
to go on with the dream that I had in the beginning.
To all on either side of the fence, I truly apologize. Please do not
expect
refunds immediately though it should not be more than 4 to 6 weeks
before you
will see them coming out. They will not all be done at one time but they
will
be done. Until then I cannot prove myself to you. I realize that to
most, these
are merely wasted words. Just watch for now and see that I truly will
prove
this to you.
In the meantime, the blog will remain up, though it will not change much
from
day to day. We will consider
opening the chatroom but the moderators will not be scheduled to be
there all
the time so it will be limited access unless they wish to be there.
Please do not ask them for updates as those will only come directly from
me and
they will advise if any are posted but they will not be able to give you
any
information other then what will be posted for all.
Once again, thank you and please accept my apologies. Please do not PM
me as I
cannot accomplish the tasks ahead by answering questions here. I cannot
reply
to them at this time. I will try to update as often as there are any
updates to
make available.

Personally, I am very
disappointed with the outcome. So it turns out that a lot of what he
told us, about the underlying sources of wealth and his ability to pay
out all the withdrawals, would appear to have been completely ficticious
and like most HYIPs it was just another Ponzi or part-Ponzi set up.
I guess this PTV saga
just underlines the need for a safety-first
strategy in this arena.
Imperia
Invest - is it worth going for the cards?
This is a tricky one!
Many of you that joined Imperia
Invest can, like me, see a tidy sum of profit in our Imperia back
offices. Should we go ahead and purchase one of the three cards on
offer? Is it a scam or should we get a card just in case there's a
payout?
Personally, I think it
most likely is a scam, but there's just that nagging feeling that I
could be throwing away a chance to get a really big payout, albeit a
very small % chance!
Anyway, today I
ordered some Procurrex so I might go for the cheapest card at $145. I
had saved up Liberty Reserve, but currently Imperia are not accepting LR
or PerfectMoney, but accepting just Procurrex, which is now pretty
difficult to get hold of! I used one of the approved Procurrex
exchangers from their website.
Imperia are saying
that they will re-open depositing with LR and PM in a couple of weeks,
so may be they are extending the deadline for buying cards which is
currently set as the end of April. An extention would be hardly
surprising as they want more and more people to take up their card
offer! There are rumours of members actually receiving cards, but I
don't know anyone personally who has received one, just friends of
friends.

Partner update - site down in preparation for going private?
I got the following
from a colleague this morning which may throw some light on the fact
that virtually all the PTV Partner sites are currently down:
At around 2.30 this
morning all the PTV related sites, blogs, chats etc as well as facebook
pages
were removed, at present all that remains is a partial blog where
members are
able to view the message below. Only time can tell whether Garrett will
be true to his
words.
The site is down for major maintenance in
preparation for the site going private. Payouts will continue while the site is
down. The chat is down to allow the mods a
break. Your
money is safely invested. We have learned from our mistakes of the
past to
do scripting work with the site down. Constant live data leads to corruption. With the site down, IT is able to perfect
and
thoroughly stress test the program, after which PTV Partner will return as a
private
program. This should occur approximately the end
of May
2010.
Let's hope there's some truth in the
above, but it does seem very odd to suddenly take down all the sites,
without issuing advance details of what is happening. It just plays
into the hands of the very people he says have caused many of the
problems! Very odd!

known source so it it should do pretty well for quite a while. You have your seed money returned to you

ground due to the nature of the surfing programs. He did manage to
complete
refunds to his members.
This admin has a vast experience in the hyip industry. If you
read this blog on
a consistent basis, you
will know that I like to get involved in hyips with either a known admin
or one
who has had experience
in running a hyip in the past.
We
have another winner here with a lot of potential.

Based upon my personal experience with passive income producing programs
during
the past
couple of years, I have adopted a very simple approach to these
programs.
I will treat each and every program the same regardless of longevity
and/or
program details. If
it looks promising I will enter it earlier as opposed to later. One
thing is
certain. With any program,
early entry is always better than later entry. I will then hope for the
best
with the knowledge that any
given program can disappear at any time. Some programs will last a few
weeks or
months. Any program
that lasts 6 months is great. Any program that lasts a year or more is
wonderful! The more you
diversify, the better your chances of being involved in one or more
programs
that do establish
some longevity. If you join at the beginning, such programs make up the
losses
from short-lived
programs while delivering a substantial income stream.
Bottom line - - Play the game or don't play the game. If you do....
.....do not use funds that you cannot afford to lose
.....recover your principal asap
....enjoy your gains and be prepared to deal with the losses
....always remember that higher returns means higher risk

Partner update - problem areas being addressed, but natives
getting restless!
Garrett put out
another update yesterday spelling out what was being done to solve the
problems that have occurred. (see below)
There are, of course lots of opinions flying around on
the unofficial forums on what's going on at PTV Partner.
The trouble with these forums is that they are open to individuals with
hidden agendas - the admins of competitive programs for instance who
will hapilly rubbish the more successful programs at the hint of a
problem. There's also the HYIP brigade who jump in on every ponzi going
and see a red flag in just about anything that happens.
This is my take on
what has happened:
PTV's problems all
started with a programming glitch that caused a script to go wild, with
double payments, etc. so that they had to try to re-build the database
from the last known good copy. This put several days delay in plans
maturing and withdrawals being made.
On the forums this was
thought to be a big red flag and several were advising members to
withdraw their funds as soon as they could. This advice just made things worse as there was now
panic withdrawing! PTV carries enough spare e-currency for about 3
days of withdrawals and they met withdrawal requests of over one million
dollars, but for further withdrawals they had to order large quantities
of the various e-currencies and this can take many days to organise and
arrive.
So what started out as
a manageable problem, turned into a bit of a nightmare for the PTV
admin.
Garrett kept us
informed on his updates and the latest one below tells us what he is
doing about each problem area:
What
a Week!
Recently I sent out an email titled "The Good, The Bad, and the
Ugly". Well, in some ways that's what we're still looking at. First,
we'd
like to thank those of you that have stood by us. We know there are many
who
are being patient and understanding. It's not been an easy road for any
of us.
Now, down to business, the funds for the ecurrencies are coming. They
will not
all arrive at the same time as they are taking various routes to get
here. As
they arrive withdrawal requests ARE being paid. In order to accommodate
the
most members we are paying the smallest withdraws first. I know we said
that we
would pay in order of request. But many of the smaller requests are of
more
necessity than those requesting larger amounts. Don’t worry, we will get
all
requests completed. Because of the various methods we are using to bring
in
funds we are anticipating having withdrawals up to normal timeframe by
the
weekend or at the latest by Monday.
We are working on the maturities. Once again we are anticipating this to
be
corrected by the weekend as well so bear with us. Of course, the new
plans are
not affected.
Thing are progressing now of integrating the Bankwire registration page.
Because of all the variety of things being worked on, the ability to
deposit
and withdraw via Bankwire will take until next week. We also will allow
withdraw request via Bankwire next week as well, even if your deposits
were
made via Ecurrency.
Accounting will kick into high gear tomorrow with the additional staff
being
put into place to work on the accounts.
Understand, we are still going through the suspended accounts. Those
that will
be unsuspended will be completed by the beginning of next week as well.
Please
do NOT send any more support tickets on this issue. Once we make a
decision you
will either access your account or you won't.
TICKET DELETION
We have been overwhelmed by tickets and have found most of them have
been
answered in our mailouts. Please confine help tickets to personal
account
problems. We are deleting the backlog of about 600 tickets because there
is no
way to answer them all. These are the main subjects of tickets and
answers so
you know the current situation.
SP and PM FUNDS NOT SHOWING IN ACCOUNT:
There appears to be a problem with the SP API sending the deposit info
back to
your PTV account. Please send a ticket with the subject line FUNDS
MISSING.
Please include all details from your SP or PM back office.
PLANS NOT MATURING ON TIME:
At the moment the situation is that all investments will mature later
than is
showing in your back office.
This is due to a server time problem that the techs are working on now.
Expect
approximately 5-6 days to be added to existing maturity dates. This will
not
affect new investment maturity timing. Please be patient. PLEASE DO NOT
SEND
TICKETS ABOUT THIS !!!
OVERPAYMENT RETURN:
If you have received a payment in excess of what you are entitled to,
please
send it back to the originating PTV account with OVERPAYMENT and your
PTxxxxxxx
number in the memo. Garrett has stated those who do send the
overpayments back
without being prompted will receive preferential treatment in the
future.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND A TICKET !!!
SUSPENSION OF ACCOUNT:
If your account has been suspended and you have reason to believe that
it
should not be, please send a ticket from outside your account outlining
the
reasons why. Include your PTxxxxxxx number and any relevant details.
Please use
the Subject line SUSPENSION. Please wait for an answer from the admin
before
re-opening it. It will take it out of the queue if you do.
PENDING WITHDRAWALS:
Many overpayments were made to keep members happy. Funds allocated to
future
withdrawal requests were used during this process. To save time these
were paid
out to processors. Garrett has always stated that only 3 days reserves
are held
by payment processors. Garrett is organising funds from the earnings of
the
mine to be sent. The wiring of these funds takes a few days. They should
be in
the e-currency accounts by the end of this week and at the latest by
Monday.
Only send a ticket if your legitimate withdrawal request is still
pending from
before the 7th April and use the subject line FAILED REQUEST.
REDEPOSIT LINK:
The redeposit link was removed to enable the technical staff to do some
manual
work on the database without hindrance from ever changing data. As soon
as the
work is completed it will be restored. In the mean time try withdrawing
and
redepositing. We realise this may be difficult right now but the
situation will
improve when the e-currency coffers are filled...hopefully by the
weekend.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND TICKETS ABOUT THIS!!!
OTHER NEWS FROM GARRETT
Our IT staff is working very hard to get things squared away as fast as
they
can and they have told me the blog will be back working the beginning of
next
week. It's great to hear so many of you have asked about the time of
it's
return. We are going to get the forum back on track as well.
Even though I'm in meetings most of this week, I am aware of what's
going on.
We will be getting back on track just as quickly as we can. There will
new
things coming out and new opportunities in the future. Everything from
here on
will smooth out for the most part beginning next week. Please hang in
there.
Everything that we can is being done to remedy the whole situation and
get us
back on track so we can move forward in a positive direction and bring
us all
to the position to:
FREE OUR LIVES!
At this stage we just have to wait for
Garrett and his team to sort things out, but I can understand members
being concerned and anxious.
Most of you, by now
should be well in profit, but for those who are not yet in profit, it
would be wise to get into a profit situation at the next opportunity.
If Garrett does what he says in his update, then things will resolve
themselves and the program will recover its usual poise and we can
continue building some excellent profits. Let's hope that's the
outcome!
Curently the site is up but working very slowly,
and one of my plans has just matured today and paid out. This had been
due to mature on the 11th April, so quite a few days delay, but at
least it's progress!
One further update
from PTV:
We
have an opportunity to participate in the future of the gold mining
operation.
The potential return is huge. We understand that with the current state
of
affairs there is much insecurity. The fact is, we may not have the
participation level needed to accommodate this endeavor. If by the first
part
of next week we have not seen a substantial interest then we will return
the
funds participated in the Gold Ventures, with interest, to those members
that
have participated. This was terrible timing, we understand, and we
apologize
that we may have lost the opportunity to participate altogether. That’s
how it
goes though. We will not always be in a position to take advantage of
every
opportunity that comes our way. I am not saying the opp is lost. We
still have
some time, just not much. If you are interested and want to take
advantage of
this opp, then you can find the terms in your back office under
investments. It
can be selected from the available investments drop down menu.
As he says, the timing
of this gold plan was terrible and was, of course, jumped on by the
naysayers, as proof that he needed more new money to keep PTV afloat. I
believe this was not his intention, but the timing of the introduction
of this new plan could not have been worse! Personally, I am leaving
the gold plan alone.
Forex4Free update - many thousands have joined!
This program is
limited to 30,000 and I have had many hundred sign up under me so I
suspect they are fast approaching their limit. The site is currently
working very smoothly but I know some of you are still having a few
problems. For one or two, I have provided the following information to
help them deposit their free $200 correctly:
1. Wait until
the free $200 appears in your account balance. This can take several
days.
2. When you
see $200 in
there, click on ‘make deposit’ in the Navigation
menu.
3. On the
‘Make a
deposit’ page, click the top radio button, next to FreeForex
4. Enter 200
in the
amount to spend field (replace the 10 that’s the default
amount)
5. Select the
button
labeled ‘Spend funds from the Account Balance
LibertyReserve’
6. Then click
‘spend’
7. To check
that your
$200 is deposited correctly click on ‘my deposits’ in the navigation
menu.
8. On the
‘Your
Deposits' page, under FreeForex you should see something like the
following:

On your

should be just $200 but that amount will go up each day by 1% for 180
days,
until you have $1500. And then you can withdraw it to your Liberty
Reserve account in order
to set up a managed forex account.In the above example taken from my
account, there have been 3 days of growth added.
If you get any
referral
money in your account balance, then it’s a similar procedure but on the
‘make a
deposit’ page you use the RefCommission
Fund button to deposit it. That earns
0.5% a week for 180 days, but it is not clear what happens to this after
the 180
days. I am hoping that we can just withdraw it to liberty reserve, but
no doubt
that will be explained in 6 months time! We are told not to attempt to
withdraw
anything to LR as yet otherwise I suspect our Forex4free account will be
cancelled.
Here's the information

It's a German based
program and your free $200 is part of a managed Forex account, so it's
going to grow for you. When it reaches $1500, you have to put it into
your very own managed Forex account - they still manage it for you, but
they take 25% of your profits and you get 75% of the profits.

already received over $17,500
and that has to be put in the RefCommission fund which earns at a
relatively slow rate of 0.5% a week for 180 days. It's not clear what
happens after the 180 days - hopefully it can be withdrawn to Liberty
Reserve.

millions of sites out there, I wondered what the Alexa ranking of this
blog page was. I was a bit surprised when I saw 39,845. That's pretty impressive. The lower the
number, the more popular the site). Keep 'clicking' everybody!

Apologies.
Last night's launch had to be delayed. This is actually a blessing in
disguise. It will give many
members the chance to get their Alertpay accounts ready, figure out any
last
minute log in questions, and be prepared for Friday Night.
Here's the
update that was sent out last night:
As you have heard from our team throughout the
pre-launch phase of AD-renaline
Marketing this last month, we've taken great pride in delivering a
launch on
schedule tonight at midnight.
It is for this reason we are very disappointed to announce that we will
be
delaying the
launch until 8:00 p.m. Central Time (GMT-6:00) on Friday April
16th, 2010. It is less than a 48 hour delay, but a delay

Our software is fully functional, tested and ready for launch as
promised, but
some of our financial processing and banking relationships have taken up
until
this morning to finalize and were only to be fully activated by later

I have included below some detail on
what payment methods you can use, but come Friday night there may be

will accept credit
cards but we do need you to understand one very important detail.
Since
funds collected from a credit card transaction take several days to
clear
our corporate bank account, all transactions completed in our system
with a credit card generate “pending” transactions for 5 business
days. This
does not affect making a purchase with a credit card … if you
upgrade with a
credit card, you are a full member instantly. If you purchase ad
credits
with a credit card, you receive them instantly, but all commissions
earned from those transactions will be pending for 5 business days.
Bottom
line, and pay close attention to this part, earnings from online
payment
processor transactions are approved instantly and credit cards take 5
days
to clear. You EARN faster when you and other members pay with a payment
processor. For that reason, we recommend you plan ahead to use
AlertPay for
as much as you can. You can get money in your AlertPay account or
set up a
credit card in your AlertPay profile. They have limits for
unverified

We launch AD-renaline Marketing in 2 days. I have been
so
excited
lately I haven't been able to sleep. As it turns out that's ok
since I have so much work to do to get ready. This has been a
dream of mine for more than 3 years. I know AD-renaline is going
to improve so many lives.
In preparation for our launch Ben and I would like to make sure
everyone has a good idea of what to do when the doors open. It's
not really all that complicated but we felt like if you had step
by step instructions you could read ahead of time it would make
the whole experience that much more enjoyable.
Having said that, I need to emphasize the "when the doors open"
part. The instructions below are NOT for use right now. We have
not launched yet. They are for use when we do launch in just over
2 days.
Notice the instructions start off by having you login to your
back office for AD-renaline Marketing. Prior to the launch you
will know where to go to login.
Upgrading Your Account:
1) Login to your back office (members area) using the same login
information you have been using for prelaunch builder.
2) Click on the Subscribe Now link in the upper left where the
summary information is, OR go to the My Account menu and select
the Subscription Status submenu item.
3) On the right side of the rectangular box you will see 3 payment
options. Select one of the 3 options, read the notes, and click
on the Subscribe Now button. How you are routed at this point
depends on which payment option you choose. Just follow the
information on the screen.
4) When you are returned to your members area you should be
upgraded and your status and Ad Credit balance will have updated.
Congrats at this point. You are now an active wholesale member of
AD-renaline Marketing.
5) Upon upgrade completion several things happen.
a) You are placed in the 2x12 main matrix under your sponsor.
Anyone under you in your 2x12 matrix who upgrades after you
will start increasing your account balance with earnings.
b) You are given a $10 RIB position in a 3x2 recyling matrix.
c) You are given a new $10 RSP account/position that will pay
you back 150%.
d) 5000 AD Credits are added to your credit balance, ready to
use immediately on any of our advertising products.
Purchasing AD Credits:
1) Login to your back office (members area).
2) Go to the Products menu and select the Purchase AD Credits
submenu item.
3) Read the notes in the Purchasing Credits box at least the
first time you purchase Ad Credits.
4) Look for the rectangular box that says Select Number Of
Credits To Purchase. There are 2 options. Pre-determined Package
and Other Dollar Amount. If you select the first option you will
see a dropdown box that has several pre-populated Ad Credit
packages to choose from. If the amount of credits you want to
purchase is not in that list, select Other Dollar Amount and in
the box provided enter a dollar amount between $10 and $500.
5) In the rectangular box under that section you will see 3
payment options. Select one, read the notes, and when you are
ready click on the Purchase Credits Now button.
6) Your ad credits and new RSP account/position are then
credited to your balance or created for you right away.
You can monitor your account balance, earnings, RSP payouts, etc.
by using the Reports menu. Some of the summary information about
your account is always displayed in the upper left of every page
in your members area, for your convenience.
Don't forget, there are five major benefits to being there and
getting your upgrade done as soon as you can after the launch time.
1) Matrix Earnings - You will earn $1 per month for each and every
active member under you in your 2x12 matrix, whether they are there
from your efforts or someone elses. Matrix earnings are real time.
If someone under you upgrades while you are still a trial member,
you will miss out on the $1 payment from their upgrade. If you had
50 people under you upgrade you would lose $50. If you are already
upgraded you will receive all those $1 payments.
Note: This rule only applies for the first month. If you upgrade
after several people in your downline, and still before your trial
period ends, when they pay their monthly fee next month you will
be paid those earnings because you too are an upgraded member.
2) Matching Bonus Earnings - This is another income stream that's
paid in real time so it works just like the Matrix Earnings. If
you are a trial member and people under you upgrade you will miss
out on those matching bonus earnings for the first month.
3) Sponsorship Roll-Up - Only on the very first matrix compression,
on that 8th day after launch, it is possible that you can absorb
sponsorship of people under you even if you did not originally
sponsor those people. Let's say you sponsored Bob and Bob then
sponsored 10 people into our PreLaunch Builder. You upgrade right
after launch but Bob decides not to. 6 out of 10 of Bob's referrals
also upgrade. On that first compression you may lose Bob as a
referral but his referrals will roll up to you and you become
their sponsor. This is not a guaranteed situation but then again
it is possible to absorb sponsorship from multiple levels of people
under you who do not upgrade. The sooner you upgrade, the more
referrals you can absorb.
4) RIB Cycling - The Revenue Injection Board (RIB) is a company
forced 3x2 recycling matrix. It fills from the top down, left to
right, in the order that people upgrade and then later in the the
order that members payments come in. You might be one of the last
people to join our PreLaunch Builder but if you are one of the
first to upgrade you will have one of the very first and topmost
positions in the RIB. Every time you cycle in the RIB you earn
$60. Depending on how early you upgrade this can mean a lot of
passive income for you.
5) RSP Earnings - The Revenue Sharing Pool works on incomine
revenues from both membership fees and product purchases or sales.
Think of the RSP as a pipe. At first there is nothing but air in
that pipe. Then one drop of water goes in one end. Another drop
of water goes in that end and then another. As more water goes in
that one end it pushes out those first few drops of water in the
other end. It's a first in - first out system. The sooner you
upgrade the more likely you are to have one of those first RSP
positions and when the flood comes in you will be paid 150%
profit quicker than you can say Spit.
You still have 2 days to get the word out before launch and this
will be the only time anyone can sign up for f.ree. We all hear
about prelauches every month throughout the year but this is
one time when you do not want to take it for granted. Mark my
words. This will be bigger than anything else this year.

When we launch, everyone who joined our
PreLaunch Builder will
instantly become a Trial member. That trial period lasts for up to
7 days. On the 8th day, just after midnight, we compress the matrix
for the first time. Anyone who has been a Trial member for 7 days
and did not upgrade will be compressed out of the system. This means
you will lose your positioning forever.
I designed this compensation plan so it easy enough for anyone to
earn enough to more than cover your monthly membership fee. You are
in a position right now that you will not likely ever have the
advantage of being in ever again. I hope you realize that.

The script issue that
PTV suffered has somehow created a bit of panic in the forums, with one
or two so called members stirring things up.
This is Garrett's
response:
The
Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.
Lets start with the Ugly.
We have had some serious struggles of late. It is no secret I know. But
let me
assure you we are going to settle all of this. We will be accelerating
ALL your
Investment Maturities to accommodate you for the 4 day delays. For those
that
were already forced to endure them, we will also determine your
suffering and
compensate you. This won't happen extremely quickly, we simply have too
many
things that need immediate attention. But we will compensate you. First,
we
will solve the SCI problem and populate your account with any and all
deposits
missing. Second, we are reviewing any and all account suspensions and
will be
reinstating those as well. We will adjust balances as the need is
determined by
any doubles you were paid. We have 4 additional bookkeepers assisting us
starting Thursday in an effort to handle all accounting issues as
quickly as
possible.
Now for the Bad.
With the last 10 days or so of issues, there has been mass panic. Mass
panic
has resulted in extremely high withdraws. Honestly, we just were not
prepared
to handle the level of withdraws we are seeing currently. We have told
you from
the beginning, In order to keep on track, we average the withdraws and
float 3
days. By float, I mean we maintain three days worth of withdraws,
average, in
ecurrency to make payouts. With the enormity of withdraws over the last
several
days, we simply do not have the current level needed to complete all
withdraw
requests today.
We have wired funds to purchase all the eccurency necessary to cover
withdraw
requests in excess. Unfortunately, bank wires of this amount take
anywhere from
48 to 96 hours. So we will pay withdraw requests in order they are
received
with the ecurrency we have as we acquire it. We expect to be fully
caught up in
the next 2 to 4 business days. Of course we expect this fact to create
even
greater withdraw requests. So we have planned for that as well.
Now for the Good.
I have just finished coordinating a new set of investment opportunities
for
PTVPartners. Our Gold Excavation is beginning. PTVPartner, in an effort
to
secure its position in this portion of our Mining operation, is
returning 100%
of the profits to all members who choose to participate. We have a small

It looks like my

is back to somewhere near normal after their big database corruption
problem.
It's still the old
site, but withdrawals are coming through and plans are maturing,
although they are still a few days adrift on this, but catching up.

We have had the single largest one day payout in PTV History!
All payouts for April 6th and 7th have been paid completely.

Those that had signed up and were unable to sign in. Accounts have
been fully recovered and deposits are being added.
Some deposits are being manually added still.
Also, some accounts still have double amounts and are undergoing
review and processing. Please leave any excess funds in your balance.
Anything the system shows enabled inside your account you may do,
deposit, withdraw, reinvest, sign ups, etc.
The changing of the ecurrency account numbers will be delayed slightly
longer but will be available shortly as well.
We are working on the new site and that will be reintegrated when
everything is ready.

would, the arbitrage betting pool, Aballong
is closing to new members next Monday and will also delete members who
have yet to invest. Here's their update:

announced in the beginning of aballong, we want to have just a number of
investors, we actually have a much larger number as we targeted, but in
our
believing it is still an amount of subscribers we can easily handle. At
the
same time we do not want much more. Therefor we will close aballong for
signups
on Monday 12.04.2010, everyone who has friends or anyone to join, please
tell
them to do this before we remove the signup option. We will also start
to
remove every account what not invested starting on Wednesday 14.04.2010,
please
make sure you have invested before this date or Martin, and I will
remove your
account. Everyone who invested with will have the option after we close
our
second pool to reinvest or withdraw their earnings. We will also have a
very
small pool during the football world cup in south africa,
but we might only

Credit system. Knowledge is power. Please login and read that

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you, straight
from the horses mouth so to speak, some things about this
incredible program that you may not have learned or figured
out on your own yet.
AD-renaline is without a doubt the biggest project of my life
and online career. I have had the domain registered for over
3 years. What does that tell you? The concept is quite unique
and more powerful than anyone can possibly imagine. You just
have to experience it live before you can fully understand.
The concept is not, however, brand new. I want you to know
that I did something like this about 6 years ago and although
it was wildly successful, I have to say it was still a much
smaller scale than what AD-renaline has evolved into. Some of
you may have been around 6 years ago and may just remember
the program I'm referring to. It was called The Affiliate
Advertising Network or AAN. No, not the AAN that's around
right now. That's entirely different and only shares the old
acronym.
The point is, and what I want you to know, AAN had thousands
of members in the first 45 days. It paid out more than $3
Million to its members during the first 80 days. Approximately
96% of the members were in profit within 30 days of joining.
We had 100's of members earning over $5000 a month just from
the matrix, which was much smaller than AD-renaline's matrix.
Now I know some of you are thinking, if it was that good then
why is it not still around. Again, if you were around back
then you probably remember this part. We had 3 big payment
processors go down or get shut down during the 8 months that
AAN was running. First INTGold, then EMO, and finally StormPay.
Not to mention egold at the time had serious problems with
the US
government. Nobody could have foreseen something like
that and honestly, the entire AAN membership understood every
step of the way and was extremely supportive. For months
after that I received literally hundreds of emails from the
members telling me to please do it again and they would be
the first ones in.
Well, it took a lot longer than I wanted but time has been
a blessing. I significantly enhanced the whole program by
adding more income streams, more passive income streams, a
larger matrix, more advertising products, and a lot more.
I also wanted to make sure all members money was 100% secure
at all times. That's why we will not rely 100% on 3rd party
payment processors this time.
Now, look at those stats I just gave you from 6 years ago.
Multiply that by 5 or 10 times. That's what AD-renaline
will be like right out the doors. I want you to be thinking
about how just a small fraction of that huge pie can be
life changing for you and your family.
The upgrade cost, which you should know by now, is only $70.
Out of that you will receive a $10 RIB position and a $10
RSP position. Let's look at what just that RSP position can
do for you.
Every time a purchase is made or someone new activates their
membership, revenues go into the Revenue Sharing Pool. Your
initial $10 position will be pushed out but with 150% of its
original value. In this case $15 will be paid to you. If you
put all that back in by purchasing ad credits and keep on
doing that every time it pays out, each time with 50% more
but also compounded, the 10th time it pays out it will put
$576 in your account balance. If you upgrade on launch day
that whole process could take place in 10 days or less.
That's a 5,700% return on that $10 without ever taking
another penny out of your pocket.
The RIB program has a lot of potential for you as well. If
you are one of the first to upgrade you get one of the first
positions in the RIB. That small recycling matrix fills from
top to bottom left to right with people in the order they
are upgrading. It has nothing to do with who or how many or
how little you sponsor. You might cycle 3 times, 6 times, 10
times or more during the first week. Every time you cycle
you earn $60. Do some number crunching on that one.
I'm telling you this comp plan was designed to work for
anyone and everyone. You can be passive or you can be active.
Either way it's easy enough to make a lot more than just
your monthly fee.
If you see the power in the RSP, congratulations. You're
not likely to get much sleep between now and April 15th.
Having said that I want you to be prepared. Yes, we have
said we will accept credit cards but we do need you to
understand one very important detail. Since funds collected
from a credit card transaction take several days to clear our
corporate bank account, all transactions completed in our
system with a credit card generate “pending” transactions for
5 business days. This does not affect making a purchase
with a credit card … if you upgrade with a credit card,
you are a full member instantly. If you purchase ad credits
with a credit card, you receive them instantly, but all
commissions earned from those transactions will be pending
for 5 business days. Bottom line, and pay close attention to
this part, earnings from online payment processor transactions
are approved instantly and credit cards take 5 days to clear.
You EARN faster when you and other members pay with a
payment processor. For that reason, we recommend you
plan ahead to use AlertPay for as much as you can. You can
get money in your AlertPay account or set up a credit card in
your AlertPay profile. They have limits for unverified accounts
so get your account verified now to lift those limits.
We are also now looking into adding other payment processors.
I think we can get that done before launch day. Again, the
bottom line here is, you have time to get ready so get started
on that right now.
If you still haven't grasped what I'm trying to tell you
yet, let me put it this way. Like 100's or 1000's of other
members, I will be right here in front of my computer from
midnight forward working very hard to keep putting my
money back into the RSP. I just bought a new mouse and
have it sitting here on my desk as a backup just in case
I wear out my left mouse button from working it so hard.
Do you understand my meaning now?
The last thing I want to talk to you about today is our
webinars and how important they are to you and to your
downline. The feedback we've gotten from attendees is
just incredible. We get a lot of "I had no idea" type
remarks. That's the whole point. You really have no idea
until you sit in on one of these webinars. And just to

Partner update - site currently down due to database update.
I have received a
number of queries today about the PTV site being down. The mods in the
PTV chat room have issued the following update:
**The website is temporarily offline. The
database is undergoing
extensive updating. You may find errors in
amounts showing in your Investment Account and withdrawable Money on the
default login page,
some showing $0 where you know you have deposited or had a plan mature.
This is
part of the
database repair procedure. This work should be concluded by Tuesday
midnight.
Please be patient
while we make PTV better for you. All funds are safe. Please do not send
tickets while this process is
going on. This will only slow the process .***
So don't worry, PTV Partner
should be back up by Wednesday 7th April and normal business will
resume. If members wish to keep up to date with progress, tune into the
live chat room. You will need to register if you haven't used it
before.

Marketing update - great response and compensation plan details.
AD-renaline pre-launch
is going very well with thousands
of members signing up for free. The details are in last
Thursday's blog update below. You have nothing to lose from signing up
now - the sooner the better. Just 9 days to go before the big launch.
They have already
published their compensation plan and it's great for active and passive
members with 5 steams of income, 3 of which are passive. Details of the full compensation plans

Of course, you can
earn more by sharing this with all of your contacts, but that's your
choice. There is no obligation to do so, but to me, it just makes sense

Imperia
update - more rumors but not enough facts!
With the Imperia site
still down, there are a lot of rumors floating around but very little in
the way of substantiated fact.
Many of you will have
received the following from various sources:
Today
again a very urgent update!
I have just listened to the German Conference, which is
hosted
by Hilla. She is very reliable and does not pass on
information unchecked. She reported that she had an
hour-long
conversation with some businessmen in the island of Vanuatu.
This is the location, where we were told Imperia is
located.
Hilla got this contact through a very trusted friend and
knows
that these people are for real. I have personally asked her
about this and she confirmed that this contact and the
following information is above board and she talked to them
on
the phone for an hour..
These business people went to the Imperia address and did
in
fact find an office belonging to Imperia Invest IBC. Staff
was
present and they have been able to verify all the positive
things that we only heard about so far in either a forum or
a
conference. As these businessmen were present at that
office
they immediately paid for their platinum card and account
and
were issued it right away. They got immediate access to
their
funds. Hilla was very encouraged and excited and is urging
everyone that has an account with Imperia to move forward
and
order their card, either silver, gold or platinum.
(Remember,
only the platinum card has an actual account attached, the
silver and gold card are only ATM cards and have their
daily
and monthly limits).
I (Hilla) have also originally urged you to order your
cards yourself
and prepare your Liberty Reserve accounts, but in the
meantime
I have been inundated with so many requests and e-mails,
asking so many questions, that it has become more burdensome
for me to answer them all,…I should have simply offered you
again the service as in the past. It would have been
easier.
My hesitation was simply based on not having more insight
in
the works of Imperia at that time.
HOWEVER, as I said, answering all the individual questions
is
now much more involving. Please, understand that I cannot
answer everybody’s concerns and questions, repeatedly. It
seems some people don’t want to read what I sent or study
the
Imperia back office with their messages and also do not
listend to any conferences. It is always so much easier to
just ask me. But, I can also not instill more trust and
confidence in this or any other program. It is always your
decision alone.
In my first announcement I(Hilla) recommended that you
should have
the following amounts ready and set aside, should you
decide
to do the transfer yourself through your bank and then
using
Liberty Reserve or any other e-currency changer and
provider:
SILVER $195
GOLD $285
PLATINUM $515
The additional costs involved will be your transfer fees
and
the exchange fees that AnygoldNow or any other exchanger
will
charge you.
Hilla also confirmed that the 30^th of April is the
last day, where we can place the order. They are currently
up
and down, due to the high traffic.
Please do not hesitate and do not wait too long. If you
miss
the 30^th of April, your funds will be distributed to those
that do have a card. It seems that they are not flexible
about
this issue.
Whilst the above may
appear to back up the claim that the Imperia deal might be the real
thing, I would urge caution as there is equally convincing evidence to
the contrary from
the Imperia investigation team

We still have three weeks before the
deadline of end of April, so I shall wait a while before committing
large amounts of funds to a credit card that will in all probability
will never arrive. However, I have an 8-figure amount of dollars profit
coming my way according to my Imperia back office, so I guess I
shouldn't dismiss the above report too lightly!

Partner update - some changes announced! Updated.
PTV Partner
have had to change the compounding
mechanism on our accounts, for the moment we will now have to do
compounding manually. Apparently there was a glitch on the automatic
mechanism and some unscrupulous members spotted this and took advantage -
needless to say they are no longer members!
In addition, there had
also been some abuse of the
affiliate program, and Garrett has decided to cut out the
referral program to stop this abuse. The monies saved will boost the
Reserve Pool and pay the moderators.
As a referrer myself, I
was not that keen on this change, but on consideration, this is
probably a good move as it
will cut out the cheats who attempt to abuse referral systems. But even
more importantly it shows that the emphasis in PTV is NOT on getting
more and more members to bring in more and more new money.
This is a strong
indication that it is probably not a Ponzi set up, as Ponzi programs
must keep increasing the new money coming in to survive. Those of you
that have been in GNI will know that had their admin taken similar
strong action against the abusers and cheats as soon as it was noticed,
it is highly probable that GNI would still be with us today.

Here's the
announcement from PTV's Garrett, plus
an Update:
Recently a conflict developed in our
auto-reinvest feature that created a number of duplicate returns and
referral
commissions. Most of this has already been corrected. However, several
members
elected to take advantage of the situation and withdraw the excess
amount that
was incorrectly posted to their accounts.
While we understand human nature, we are unwilling to allow those
members to
continue as a part of this community. Any member, who has blatantly
attempted
to withdraw the excess funds, will find their account suspended,
investments
canceled and balances tallied. Those members, who have attempted to take
advantage of the situation, that are in profit will no longer be welcome
here.
Those members, that have attempted to take advantage, that are not in
profit,
will have their principle returned to their originating account.
While we understand the error was not created by the members we also
realize
that we need to be able to rely on each other as a community. Without
the
mutual benefit of reliance and trust we feel the continued association
with
those that have attempted to take advantage is to our disadvantage as a
group.
We have disabled the auto-reinvest feature until we can completely solve
the
error. All returns will post to your withdraw account. If you elect to
reinvest, you will need to do so manually.
Affiliate Program
We have been conducting a new poll regarding the affiliate program.
The questions posed were to determine our continuation with paying
referral
commissions.
Based on the results of the poll, the amount of spam being sent by
members, the
overall dissatisfaction due to the abuse of the program and the
reputation we
are receiving because of that abuse, we are removing the referral or
affiliate
program.
The fees generated will now be directed to the Reserve Pool and used to
pay the
moderators.
The Reserve Pool will be used to provide the Guarantee as well as, by
popular
vote, participate in or take advantage of future endeavors.
Ecurrency Account # Updates
We have eliminated the ability for members to edit, change or update
their
ecurrency account numbers.
In order to provide additional security and assist members who have been
subjected to personal infiltrations, this step is necessary.
From this point forward, in order to add, edit, or update and ecurrency
account
number, you must submit a support ticket.
In addition, accounts must be
validated. Withdraw requests to accounts that
have not been validated, either by deposit or via email verification,
will not
be allowed.
Don't worry, 90% of all accounts are already currently validated.
Bank Wire Option
Due to the increased workload on the IT staff, Bank Wire may not be
available
until next week.
We are also working on a way for members who have deposited via
ecurrency to be
able to withdraw via Bank Wire.
UPDATE from Garrett:
After
further discovery, it is evident that many members did not intentionally
attempt to withdraw funds that were improperly posted to their accounts.
We have decided NOT to suspend the accounts that attempted to withdraw
excessively posted returns. Therefore, we are going to make the
corrections, as
we can discover them, and allow the account to stay intact.
This is a grueling process. Therefore, in order to make the corrections,
those
that have pending withdraws and a double return or double referral fee,
will
find their withdraw request canceled, the correction added to their
history,
and the withdraw can then be re-requested. It is the only way we can
properly
overcome this headache.
This also is the reason that some of the payouts are not completing in
the
usual timeframe. However, we are still completing most all of them in
the 24 to
48 hour period. There are some accounts that take enormous time to
correct.
Those accounts are being set aside and corrected after the bulk of the
days
batch is completed.
We know you will find this as good news. We sincerely apologize for any
delay
you have experienced. We have all worked extreme hours to correct this
error.

My last update
mentioned the Mclean101 recording
covering several RPPs and
Imperia -
This is a big
recruiter's view of things, where everything is going fine and they will
all pay out in good time. There is a new recording made yesterday here
I have to admit I have not listened to
the latest message, but I suspect it contains the same rose-tinted view
of things with lots of GPP and Imperia members getting their cards
already. Does anybody actually
know anyone that has received their cards?
Now this is quite a
contrast to the views on Imperia I have received from the Imperia investigation team at: click

So who's right on
this? Only time will tell for certain, but my guess is that most of
these RPPs are scams from the outset, but I still have hope that one may
prove to be genuine and payout, perhaps it will be the recent private
UK one, but who knows.
I was taken to task by
one of my subscribers for being far too negative about RPPs and Imperia
and viewing things as a half-empty glass, rather than a half-full one.
Well, I like to tell things as I see them, without a hidden agenda. I
may be wrong on this, I often am, but it's as I see it, and it's only an
opinion. You have to make up your
own minds about these programs, but you do need to be aware of
the different opinions and investigations, to do that.
