The new QLXchange/OneX site is currently up at https://www.qlxchange.com/orchard/home

They have experienced loading problems but currently everything appears to be in order and members can check their accounts and everything else.  The big news is that Leap/PowerX is available to sign up.  The pre-pay period which was going to last for two days, has not yet officially started because of the up and down performance of the new site.  They say they will announce when the 2 day pre-pay period will start.

UltraXProject is yet another new tripler along the lines of JustBeenPaid.  It's still in pre-launch, but they are offering 5% every day until the end of the year.  On Jan 1st, it reverts back to the usual 2% in line with most of the other triplers.  So there's a good chance to get a head start on this one before the full launch in early January 2012.

OneX update - pre-pay period for LEAP delayed.

OneX issued the following update last night:

 6:36pm EST - December 21, 2011

Our IT Team has identified the issue and we anticipate the site will be available in the next 24 hours.

We would like announce that in the best interest of our membership the QLXchange/OneX management team has decided to move from our current Hosting Service Provider.  Our development team has put together an exciting new membership back-office application, along with the new L.E.A.P. marketing program, which is a significant enhancement from our previous platform. 

The interest in viewing the new application by our current members has been over-whelming and our current provider was unable to handle the increased traffic.  Rest assured that a solution is at hand and we will do our very best to have the entire site available within 24 hours.

At the point that we determine the new installation is stable we will start the 48 hour pre-pay period.

I suspect this 24 hour delay timescale may be a bit optimistic, but we shall see.  In my opinion it would be better to postpone the Leap launch until after the Christmas break, as lot of members may be away for the 48 hour pre-pay window when it actually occurs.  But I suspect they may want to complete the work before the Caribbean cruise which will involve key members of the admin. and leaders.

AlertPay issues - JustBeenPaid and JSSTripler2 have different issues.

Those of you who have attempted to withdraw from JustBeenPaid using AlertPay have probably seen the message asking them to use either Liberty Reserve or STP for withdrawals as they have surpluses of these e-currencies, and a shortage of AlertPay. 

I suspect that this has arisen because more members are withdrawing AlertPay funds from JBP coming up to the Christmas festivities.  Fred is resolving this issue by a withdrawal fee:

Liberty Reserve - 2%

If you haven't used STP or Liberty Reserve before with JustBeenPaid you need to click on 'Manage your Payment Processor Accounts' button which is beneath the 'withdrawal request' form.  Then add your STP and LR account details. 

You will probably receive an e-mail from JBP asking you to confirm that you have requested a withdrawal from a new processor.  Because this response will need manual monitoring expect a delay in this process of a day or two.  I don't think this change is anything to worry about, it's just a way to get over the problem.  If you don't have an STP or LR account there are details on my E-currencies page.

The AlertPay issue for JSSTripler2 is a bit different.  AlertPay stopped payouts of JSSTripler2 withdrawals.  Here's the latest update from T2 on this:

Here is an update of the current situation regarding Alertpay. As you already know..... at the moment they have agreed to move the full account over to my control. This will come over with the full transaction history which can number in the tens of thousands of transactions. They also have everything they need to verify the business and any identification requirements. So we are waiting on this to be all finalized. I am hoping that this will be before Christmas.

Also, I have initiated dialog with STPay, in the hope that we can possibly promote a much bigger role for them with hopefully some benefits for T2 members, making STPay a much more competitive option.

Liberty Reserve withdrawals is being worked on by Mark as we speak. The holdup with LR, is that we encountered quite a few bugs in some of the other processor scripts followed by bugs in the new internal upgrade system. This took our resources away from being able to complete the LR withdrawals job in good time, but we did offer the alternative of AP or STP as a temporary measure to those requesting via support ticket.

We will be also starting off our T2 Christmas referral competition to win an awesome new Ipad2.... Well it is Christmas after all.

We will be launching this contest to help promote the T2 Forum, MoneyNetworkForum.com where we want to push up the payperclick advertising income. Our first goal is to reach $100 a day in revenue. More details to come later.

Again not too much to worry about there either, just AlertPay checking that all the documentation was correct for this relatively new program. You can use either Liberty Reserve or STP for withdrawals with T2, but there could be some script issues if you haven't used these before with T2, but no doubt support will assist you on this.

A Christmas Gift - the 'True Story of Rudolph!'

One of my subscribers, Jimbo, sent me this inspirational true story, and I felt I should share it with you:

Never knew this.....

**True Story of Rudolph**

A man named Bob May, depressed and brokenhearted, stared out of his drafty apartment window into the chilling December night.

His 4-year-old daughter Barbara sat on his lap quietly sobbing.

Bobs wife, Evelyn, was dying of cancer.

Little Barbara couldn't understand why her mommy could never come home. Barbara looked up into her dad's eyes and asked, "Why isn't Mommy just like everybody else's Mommy?" Bob's jaw tightened and his eyes welled with tears.

Her question brought waves of grief, but also of anger. It had been the story of Bob's life. Life always had to be different for Bob.

Small when he was a kid, Bob was often bullied by other boys. He was too little at the time to compete in sports. He was often called names he'd rather not remember. From childhood, Bob was different and never seemed to fit in. Bob did complete college, married his loving wife and was grateful to get his job as a copywriter at Montgomery Ward during the Great Depression. Then he was blessed with his little girl. But it was all short-lived. Evelyn's bout with cancer stripped  them of all their savings and now Bob and his daughter were forced  to live in a two-room apartment in the  Chicago  slums.  Evelyn died  just days before Christmas in 1938.

Bob struggled to give hope to his child, for whom he couldn't even afford to buy a Christmas gift. But if he couldn't buy a gift, he was determined a make one - a storybook! Bob had created a character in his own mind and told the animal's story to little Barbara to give her comfort and hope. Again and again Bob told the story, embellishing it more with each telling.

Who was the character? What was the story all about? The story Bob May created was his own autobiography in fable form. The character he created was a misfit outcast like he was. The name of the character? A little reindeer named Rudolph, with a big shiny nose.

Bob finished the book just in time to give it to his little girl on Christmas Day. But the story doesn't end there.

The general manager of  Montgomery Ward caught wind of the little storybook and offered Bob May a nominal fee to purchase the rights to print the book. Wards went on to print Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and distribute it to children visiting Santa Claus in their stores. By 1946 Wards had printed and distributed  more than six million copies of Rudolph. That same year, a major publisher wanted to purchase the rights from Wards to print an  updated version of the book.

In an unprecedented gesture of  kindness, the CEO of Wards returned all rights back to Bob May. The book became a best seller. Many toy and marketing deals followed and Bob May, now remarried with a growing family, became wealthy from  the story he created to comfort his grieving daughter. But the story  doesn't end there either.

Bob's brother-in-law, Johnny Marks, made a song adaptation to  Rudolph. Though the song was turned down by such popular vocalists as Bing Crosby and Dinah Shore  , it was recorded by the singing  cowboy, Gene Autry. "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" was released  in 1949 and became a phenomenal success, selling more records than  any other Christmas song, with the exception of "White Christmas.."

The gift of love that Bob May created for his daughter so long ago kept on returning back to bless him again and again. And Bob May learned the lesson, just like his dear friend Rudolph, that being different isn't so bad. In fact, being different can be a blessing.

Tripler2 update - interview with owner!

Tripler2 is one of the new breed of programs that is emulating the best parts of the JBP JSS tripler plan, but making it a lot simpler to navigate and understand.

It’s run by David Bell assisted by his co-partner David Tung and programmer/partner Chris Kayne, all of whom have no direct connection with JBP, they just liked the JSS tripler plan , and the name!  My sponsor has an online friend who knows the admin and trusts them.

In the local newspaper of my town there was a news article that said that skimming has risen to an all time high. Skimming is a method which crooks use to steal your bank card info so they can withdraw money from your account.

To me this is no news. Stealing is as old as money itself, it is just that they do it in another way. Different cover but with the same old story. Money is a crook magnet, simple as that.

This seems specifically true for December. For some reason there is more criminal activity during these months. Maybe it is because the villains out there try to make one more strike in 2011. Others might be cashing out before the holidays. Maybe it is because crooks now that people spend more money in this month.
Whatever triggers it, be aware and be careful online.

Online currencies probably experience the same crime wave. Not surprising that many payment processors implement all kinds of measures to combat this.

This is good news for us. The safer the payment processors operate the better it is for the honest customer.
In my opinion well worth the minor annoyances we have to face every now and then with these processors.

Mid this year the Value Access Plan (VAP) was announced on the e-gold list. It is an agreement between e-gold Ltd, Gold & Silver Reserve (GSR) and the US Government to refund (to some extend at least) e-gold members. Provided the funds do not origin from criminal activity and that you submit the required documents.

If you have considerable funds stuck in e-gold this might be worth doing. I heard from one of my members that the verification process is a piece of cake. The funds should be distributed soon after the VAP exercise has finished.

Another very interesting tidbit of info that reached me yesterday is that AlertPay is about to come out with some really exciting news. This comes from a very reliable source that I can not disclose.

It seems AlertPay is launching a new product that will be made available for members in nearly 50 countries by end of 2011. The product will be deployed globally during 2012. The new product is said to be by invitation only. Select members will be invited to pre-register when they log into their AlertPay account.

Rest assured that something cool is happening at AlertPay headquarters so make sure you login to your AlertPay account every now and then. You probably wouldn't want to miss the invitation if you are so lucky to be invited.

Yet another tripler launched today.  It's called DailyPayTripler and copies the same basic plan that JustBeenPaid have perfected - ad positions purchased earn a daily % until 150% is reached, and then 4 maturing tripler positons generate a 'free' 2x2 mini matrix.

This one is slightly different in that you earn slightly more per day, 2.5% instead of 2%, so the ad positions last for  60 days instead of 75 days, reaching their 150% that much earlier. 

A 'Who Is' search reveals that this is run by someone called Marion Herbert who also runs MassiveProfitCycler.

MassiveProfitCycler launched a day or two ago and has been paying.  MPC looks like a fast cycler that will run out of steam fast, and I would not recommend joining at this stage. However, DailyPayTripler, although a bit speeded up compared with the other triplers (2.5% a day), it should last a lot longer than the cycler!

As yet there is no underlying source of additional funds, or a 'restart' facility like it's competitors, so sustainability in the long term is a question mark for this program. UPDATE: admin have plans to add additional sources.  They state: As we grow, we shall be expanding and adding more lucrative programs in the near future that will enhance DailyPayTripler.

I joined and funded my account, as I think DPT will appeal to those who like the less complicated programs and also like to see results a bit quicker.  Also, it pays to have a spread of programs.  I do have concerns about it's long term sustainability, but the admin have said they will address that further down the line.  In it's present form it should last many months, but like the other triplers it will then need a boost either from other sources or a 'restart' at some stage.

DPT uses AlertPay and Liberty Reserve.  Min funding is $10, but you need to add 3% for AP and 1% for LR.  Also add 2% if you are re-purchasing from your earnings!  I have plenty of AlertPay but no Liberty Reserve.

I had an issue when using my Internet Explorer browser, with some fields, but Firefox and Google Chrome worked fine.
