Can anyone please help – a subscriber in a very difficult situation! One of my subscribers who lives in Greece is attempting to cope with an almost impossible situation. For the last year or two, she has been trying to look after her sick mother, who has dementia . She is getting no help from the authorities and her mother requires 24-hour caring, so she is unable to go out to earn any money. For the last
year I have been helping her with a few on-line programs so she has a bit of money
coming in, but right at the moment her mother has had a bad fall and is hospitalized,
and this has to be paid for as well as all her normal outgoings, rent, food, utilities
etc – but it’s becoming a losing battle
and she really is now at her wits-end.
She also appears to have no local family or friends who will help her, especially with the Greek financial situation being so dire! To get her over the current situation she desperately needs some help. Here goes: These delays have come about due to a few things: On 21st of March, Analie took time to process all of the LR/STP moves, which took time that she would normally have spent processing payouts. Theoretically, that should have been fine, as we state in our FAQ that we undertake to payout within 48 - 72 hours. What she couldn't have predicted was that, also on the 21st, a popular online investment company took its site offline, which triggered a ton of panic withdrawals from HRS, resulting in a lot of extra transactions to process. We now have 38,000 members, who are all transacting and withdrawing, because they can. Back when we had less than 20K members it was a piece of cake to pay everyone in hours. Not so simple any longer. As I write this, I'm waiting for Analie to get off a call, so we can do payouts together, so i can learn what to do. Starting either today or tomorrow, I will be processing payouts while she is offline overnight, so that we can catch up and get back to a normal time frame. A colleague sent me this yesterday (thanks Ken) and this explains why they have placed restrictions on withdrawals and they are taking longer… The GOOD NEWS.... My last update was sent on February 25 at which time there were 20437 members. The current member count is about 34,000. The most important factor with any program is the rate of member growth. Many programs begin to slow down after just a few days or weeks. Just the opposite is happening here! There are 3 main reasons why I believe the program can sustain long-term.... 1. All of the Ad Pack Plans expire after 30 days. In order for members to maintain their level of income, they must purchase Ad Pack Plans to replace those that expire. 2. Members must repurchase at the rate of 30% of each cashout. 3. Here are excerpts from recent newsletters which explain the situation regarding the theft of Liberty Reserve funds. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- March 13 "Effective immediately, Liberty Reserve is no longer an approved Payment Processor option for HourlyRevShare. Last week saw our LR funds hacked to the tune of $850 000. I have replaced $500 000 from my own pocket, and must now make up the remaining loss of $350 000 from my trading activities, which I expect to take about a month". ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ March 20 LR LOSSES "As you are all by now aware, we suffered a monumental loss due to LR’s theft of our funds. I replaced funds to a large extent out of my own pocket but the losses are still significant. I have spent time considering my options for recouping this loss as quickly as possible and would like to share with you now, what I have decided on to bring HRS through this as smoothly as possible. 1. The bulk of the money will need to be made up from trading, however this will take time… I estimate at least 60 days before I can make up what was taken. 2. Temporary restrictions on withdrawals, leaving more cash assets available for trading. At this point, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude and love to those who have sent financial support. I am so honored by your gestures I can barely find the words to express how I feel. So effective immediately, withdrawal limits are set at $1000 per day per member, provisionally for 30 – 60 days, reviewable as we progress. I will monitor closely as time goes on and the limitations will be relaxed as we recover. I pray for your support in this painful time and promise to do all in my power to recover as quickly as possible. It’s my greatest wish to return to normal service at the earliest possible time, but I must take care to manage recouping losses now". ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As I stated, these are just brief excerpts from Analie's updates. She understands the importance of straight-forward communication with the members and I commend the way she is administering the HRS project. Having said that, we must acknowledge that the program has suffered a setback. This is not good for member growth. Although Analie has the support of the vast majority of her members, there are always a few who are quick to proclaim that HRS is a scam and it only takes a few to create controversy and doubt in the blogs and forums. I find no reason whatsoever to even begin to suggest that HRS is a scam. However, prospective members cannot be expected to join a project that is currently embroiled in controversy and I'm sure this has had an adverse affect on the growth of the program since the recent announcement regarding the LR losses. As Analie has stated in her recent update.... "It’s my greatest wish to return to normal service at the earliest possible time, but I must take care to manage recouping losses now". I believe her and I wish her the best as the program evolves. I will keep everyone updated and I look forward to sending an update in the near future which will announce that HourlyRevShare has indeed returned to normal service. One of my downline in Jubirev sent me this today (thanks Jonathan) and this covers what is being discussed on the internet about JubiRev: PLEASE PASS THIS ON TO YOUR DOWNLINE MEMBERS Prior to 2 days ago, JubiRev was viewed by many as the biggest program of 2013 and beyond. Two days ago a blog post indicating Randall Williams as the Owner of JubiRev/Max and him being sued by GoFun Places and eAdGear (dated 15th March 2103 ) seemed to now have sent people into disarray. Here is the blog post in question: http://behindmlm.com/companies Now every story has two sides and it can be seen below that Randall Williams actually sued first ( which is what would have promoted him to be counter sued of course...as this is how these things work ). http://behindmlm.com/ spread news without first fully understanding what is going on or receiving official information. My advice here is to simply wait for OFFICIAL NEWS from the company as they are the only ones who can address this situation and let us know where to move from here. Normally, people sue each other all of the time and these sort of things are settled out of court, so while this is certainly very bad publicity for JubiRev/Max at such a crucial time in it's development, and while we would all have wished that the company could simply have been more transparent in it's dealing with it's membership, that DOES NOT mean that JubiRev/Max will not proceed as expected. I spoke with a team leader just a few minutes ago as I wanted to have something to provide to you on this matter and here is what he had to say: ============================== Unfortunately, these types of issues happen with companies in our industry all the time. It just so happens that behindmlm loves to report negatively about revenue sharing companies. So it is more public than it would normally be. Please let your folks know that as soon as I know how much of the story I can share.. I will. This will not impact how we build and the success that we will have in any way! I still think that JubiRev/Max is a HUGE opportunity and better than anything else out there and I am quietly confident that while all of this mess has created bad publicity for JubiRev/Max, that things will proceed as planned. We must wait for an official update from the company however, as I am sure that tomorrow they will address this matter and we can all get on with the show.
