I am pretty sure I looked into this 2 or 3 years ago and was not impressed. I always find it best to do a Google search on the name of a company. With emerald I found posts like this: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/176/ripoff0176079.htm
I would steer clear of this one!
